The Pastoral Ministries Department of the Central States Conference offers resources to support the growth of our pastors and churches, focusing on mission, vision, and values. Our aim is to cultivate an environment where pastors can develop as servant leaders, nurturing their spiritual and professional growth. As Ephesians 4:12-13 reminds us, pastors are called to equip God's people for service, building up the body of Christ. They empower members to utilize their spiritual gifts in ministry and discipleship within their communities. Spiritual and numerical growth are both crucial for the church's well-being, and regular church consultations serve as vital health check-ups, guiding the church towards a mission-focused, disciple-making path.
